Overall Alo Yoga fits true to size, but we find that customers often size down in the leggings for a tighter fit. Alo's high waist leggings sit above the naval, and the waistband on most high waist styles is just over 4”. The leggings come up relatively long, so if you are petite, you may want to consider a ⅞ or cropped length legging.

For sneaker buffs, we have a few hints on how to clean your APL’s from throwing them in the washing machine on select styles to simple cleaning techniques. The TechLoom Pro, TechLoom Phantom, TechLoom Bliss, TechLoom Breeze, TechLoom Wave and Big Logo TechLoom Slides can all go into washing machine with the exception of any APLs that are metallic, contain crystals, calf hair, leather or our sweater slides. We recommend using Dreft laundry detergent, but cleaning results may vary and are not guaranteed.
